IN PHOTOS: ADB and the Government of Mongolia recognized and awarded small grants certificates to 16 outstanding women entrepreneurs, including five from rural areas, for their contributions to the tourism, food, and packaging industries. These women are part of a #capacity development and #mentorship program under the Gender Equality Division's regional technical assistance (TA) where they will learn circular #business #strategies, promote #greenjobs, and expand their networks. Under the TA, 350 women #entrepreneurs engaged in #waste #management, #energy and #water conservation, and eco-friendly business models were also trained.
