❗PRESS RELEASE Our latest press release announced that testing over 150 cycles of 18650 industrial batteries showed the superior capacity retention of Novacium’s GEN2 materials. The average capacity of batteries using GEN2 materials started at approximately 3,337.4 mAh and only decreased to 3,256.6 mAh by the 150th cycle. The link between microencapsulation and microparticles/nanoparticles is very strong but it is not a two-side relationship! Microencapsulation is a process/method that produces microparticles/nanoparticles. But microparticles/nanoparticles can be produced by methods other than microencapsulation. For example, milling an active ingredient powder using special milling machines can produce nanoparticles. Similarly, inorganic nanoparticles like ZnO nanoparticles can be produced from chemical reactions.
