On Tuesday, August Thirteenth, two thousand twenty four, I attended the MySkill X Deloitte free bootcamp through Zoom and YouTube with the theme Introduction to recruitment process with the speaker Mrs. Michelle Levin as Strategy, Risk & Transaction Manager Deloitte Indonesia at half past eight until nine in the evening and I have completed the portfolio of tasks from the short class given by MySkill. Points that can be learned from the Introduction to recruitment process free bootcamp organized by MySkill X Deloitte include: • The recruitment process is the steps taken by the Human Resources (HR) department to attract, select and recruit the best candidates for available positions in the company. This process starts from the publishing of job vacancies to the hiring of selected candidates. • The recruitment process usually consists of several stages, including publishing vacancies, sourcing candidates, selection, interviews, and job offers. Each stage has a specific purpose that helps in getting candidates that match the company's needs. • Good planning in the recruitment process is essential to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This includes understanding the organizational structure, the nature of the company's operations, and the criteria required for the position to be filled. • Various methods can be used to attract candidates, such as through websites, social media or professional networks. The choice of these methods can affect the quality and quantity of candidates who apply. • Once a candidate is selected, the final stage is the introduction of the new employee, which includes an orientation to help them adapt to the work environment and understand their duties and responsibilities. Typically, orientation lasts between three to six months before evaluation for permanent employee status. #learnatmyskill #portofolio #deloitte #myskill #bootcamp #introductiontorecruitmenprocess #recruitmenprocess #recruitmen #hr #user
