2024 aircraft orders & deliveries data is in ✈️✈️✈️ 🚚 Deliveries of new aircraft reached 1,128 at the end of 2024, an 11% decline on 2023 📉 1,447 aircraft orders placed in 2024 is a 62% decline on the previous year 🔙 15,818 aircraft on backlog order is the highest year-end figure to date Our Chief Economist Aimie Stone comments: "2024 was a turbulent year for the aerospace industry with ongoing supply chain challenges forcing manufacturers to fall short of the ADS delivery forecast. While industry may be disheartened to see this annual decline, the existing sizeable backlog remains stable."
