Why did the CCTV camera get promoted? Because it always had a sharp focus on its career and never lost sight of its goals! To a lot of you out there, working within this industry is more than just a job. It's actually fun and exciting experiencing a different project every time, learning about new technology and visiting some of the most secure places in the world. 🌍 Yet a lot of people have highlighted the lack of support for growth within their career. It's killing your love for the industry! 💔 What I'd like for you to do is, is just have a little think to yourself, reevaluate your position within your company and the work you put in. Is it worth it? There are so many opportunities out there to work within a team of like minded individuals, with upper management who love to watch people grow. ✨
