Today, we welcome a genuine advocate for diversity to the AGR Team! We are excited to welcome Laura Bosworth, a new member of the AGR team. Laura has joined us as an Operations Manager. She has worked in the recruitment and employer branding industry for more years than she’d care to disclose, working with clients across several sectors and industries in the UK and the US. As a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion, she wants to unlock economic opportunity for all because everyone deserves a fair chance. We share these values at AGR and strive to improve even further with her on board. Throughout her career, Laura has been able to build and execute strategies and programmes that help level the playing field and create employment pathways into Technology, Professional Services and Financial Services. Laura has implemented this at the highest level, consulting senior executives at FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 companies on developing diversity recruitment strategies backed with insights, including empowering and connecting emerging and established female leaders across the globe. Laura is motivated by the ability to drive a social impact at scale, build empowered teams, and influence leaders to make more inclusive and strategic decisions. She loves a good brainstorming session but gets truly excited when creating a long-term vision backed with actionable roadmaps, and we are genuinely excited to see the impact she has within our team. Having been a long-time advocate for inclusion and building diversity in organisations, she now literally does it for a living! Join us in giving a big welcome as Laura joins us for the next chapter in her storied career, as a valued member of AGR. #TeamAGR #recruitment #lookingtothefuture
