This perspective encourages us to think beyond traditional experimentation, imagining a future where AI accelerates discoveries that improve lives and expand our understanding of biology.

Nora Khaldi, founder and CEO of Nuritas, shared insights on the company's groundbreaking use of AI in ingredient discovery at IFT FIRST. Nuritas has achieved an 80% success rate in 17 to 20 clinical trials, pioneering AI-driven peptide discoveries with cellular benefits. Their products, PeptiStrong and PeptiYouth, exemplify this success. Nuritas prioritizes efficacy, stability, palatability, and bioavailability in their innovations. Looking forward, they plan to introduce ingredients targeting cognition and metabolism, aligning with evolving consumer preferences through AI. Khaldi emphasized the importance of strategic AI integration, data management, and collaboration for successful implementation.
