Nice, Wiley just emailed me that our article in the Journal of Supply Chain Management on the #consumer perspective on #chainliability is amongst their #mostcited pieces for 2022/2023. The research investigated how focal firms should treat a supplier after the supplier had an #unsustainable #incident: 1) monitor, 2) support or 3) punish the supplier. Or does the focal firm get away with 4) doing nothing? Because consumers are forgetful or maybe just 5) a statement that is wasn't them but the supplier is enough?! One option is to do a group work in which students discuss the pros and cons of these options, and then you present the results.
