This is a great list. In particular, I'm not surprised to see "Community Outreach" here. The past decade has seen some of the biggest and most significant community organizing efforts in history. Why? Because people feel emboldened to use their voices, demand fairness and justice, and be valued, seen, and understood. (Rightfully so, IMHO). Companies would do well to listen to those voices and accommodate them, invite deeper dialogue, and importantly, learn from them. Savvy outreach skills - including building rapport with constituents, investing in long term relationships, understanding people's underlying beliefs, and being a great listener - will go a long and far way in accelerating sustained career success.
