🚧 Recently, one of my team members had an accident, and It made me realize that not everyone knows about WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board) and the support it offers. WSIB is there to make sure you're covered if you're hurt or get sick at work. They provide benefits like medical treatment, wage replacement, and recovery support. Knowing your rights is key, and it's never too late to learn. Remember: If you're injured or become ill because of your job, report it to your employer and file a claim with WSIB right away. Getting these benefits is crucial for your recovery and getting back to work safely.
