This month, we had the privilege of hosting a cohort of Harvard Business School (HBS) students as part of their Field Global Immersion program. As part of their field immersion program, they delved deep into our Patient onboarding and patient experience processes in close collaboration with our teams right here in Nairobi for a week of intensive learning, ideation and thought processing. From the initial brainstorming sessions to immersive clinic visits, their teamwork was truly inspiring. Not only did they collaborate seamlessly among themselves, they also engaged with our partner hospital teams, patients, physicians, our staff and other key stakeholders while in-country. Their diverse backgrounds and perspectives sparked innovative solutions and enriched our discussions in remarkable ways. Today, as we reflect on the invaluable connections forged, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to HBS for choosing to partner with us at Africa Healthcare Network.
