CFMA Staci Bradley - Thank you for another great CFMA event! CoFi loves these events where we are surrounded by other-like minds in construction. CoFi's Takeaways: -- Lien Waivers are still annoying to manage HOWEVER are essential to protecting all parties involved. -- Most folks did NOT know that Lien Waiver laws and thus wording vary by region. -- More folks are open to the idea of capturing their inspections digitally (via camera or drone), as long as the person QCing it is trained. -- For larger-sized GCs, the problem is where to put cash. -- Getting subs, suppliers, and vendors paid quickly is STILL a focus. CoFi will continue in its mission to make construction predictable, safe, and fast for all parties involved. It was a pleasure meeting everyone! Safe to say that Andrew Poulsen and Stephen Wily influenced some other folks to purchase a cowboy hat out here! #Construction #construcitonfinance #constructionservicing #projectreviews #builderreviews #fundscontrol #lienwaviers #CFMA

Thames Water makes a triumphant sterling bond return Thames Water this week proved resoundingly that it has continued access to considerable liquidity via the primary bond markets, launching a heavily oversubscribed £850 million dual-tranche issue alongside a buyback of an older June 2025 bond. With Gilt yields markedly lower and credit spreads tighter than last October – when Thames priced its last sterling deal – the borrower was able to print £275 million of 7.125% April 2031 notes, together with £575 million of 7.75% April 2044 notes. What is perhaps most remarkable, however, is the gulf between where Thames (Baa1/BBB) printed, and the 5.361% yield on the £250 million January 2046 issue launched last week by United Utilities (A3/BBB+). read the article at: https://lnkd.in/ec78NjTH Thames Water Global Water Intelligence (GWI)
