🌎 Breaking borders for international excellence 🌎 Thank you Olivier Marret from Valtus UK for all the valuable insights from the world of Executive Interim Management in UK. It was a pleasure meeting you today in #London. We discovered, that the Interim market in Central and Eastern Europe has a lot of common touchpoints with the British market, despite different maturity level. #PrivateEquity funds play a vital role in the economy, and their importance is on the rise (it's a good time to buy now if you have the money 💰) and more and more small and medium sized companies are benefiting from the seniority our interim managers bring 🥸. But the most important part is that within the Valtus Alliance we share the same methodology, and project management governance, giving our international clients the unique opportunity to "talk the same language anywhere and everywhere", even if we drive on different side of the road. See you soon in Stockholm 🇸🇪 Bohuslav Lipovsky Michaela Lipovska #Interim #Global VALTUS - European Leader of Interim Management #CEE

Kudos to the En-trak team for another great project delivery. In this new era of dynamic work environments, the traditional office concept of four walls and a roof is becoming outdated. Offices must now be designed and equipped to support the new age of digital work and evolving employee needs. En-trak creates workspaces that foster collaboration, productivity, and employee well-being. By leveraging the latest technologies and adopting a user-centric approach, forward-thinking companies can build adaptable and sustainable office environments that empower their teams to thrive in the modern, distributed world of work.

See what project funder, Global Affairs Canada's (GAC's) final evaluation report had to say about the efficiency of the recent project I led at MEDA. I am thankful for the opportunity to serve. Excerpts below "The WAY project is viewed by staff, community members, partners and community-based businesses as having been extremely well-organized – particularly after the initial period of a year or more when it had trouble gaining traction. Its implementation is seen as positively influenced by dynamic leadership, with a strong vision, where the project manager made excellent use of local resources – both human and institutional, and translated the original intentions of the project well within the local context with meaning given to the project components and good use made of all opportunities. WAY management ensured the project structure was fit for purpose and made effective use of the financial resources in turbulent economic times, including the change in the value of the Naira and high inflation, and took advantage of the lull in activities during the Covid pandemic and the opportunity of a no cost extension. Its efficiency was increased by the fact that the project was very effective in its work and steered away from aiming its sights low. Respondents said the project delivered more outputs and outcomes than expected. The project stayed within budget and exceeded its targets related to the key indicators attached to the project’s Intermediate and Immediate Outcomes. It was noted that the project met or exceeded its targets by Year 5 and exceeded revised targets as well. The findings of this final evaluation confirmed results reported by the WAY project." Thank you Salihu Samuel Wamdeo,Emmanuel Babarinde,Temitope Stephanie Wealth-Ekanem,Edouine Francois, entire WAY team and partners the list is endless. Many blessings! #WAYProject #Leadership #Efficiency

In an exciting development for Alberta, Premier Danielle Smith has given her positive nod to the latest board appointments, signalling a distinct and positive shift towards strengthening governance, further systemic efficacy, and engendering progress at all levels. Described as a 'strong step forward', this indicates not only confirmation of refreshed leadership but broad implications for the state's developments on economic, social, and environmental fronts. Here's what can be forecasted as we look ahead: 1. **Progressive Policy Innovations** - As the new board takes the reins, we can anticipate novel policy advancements that honour tradition whilst also walking hand-in-hand with contemporary movements. This blend is critical - it will ensure that identified focal points on both local and global scales are addressed effectively. 2. **Increased Stakeholder Confidence** – Leaders form the backbone of an organization, and strong, strategic appointments like these will likely instil increased confidence in stakeholders- from investors to the public. This increase in trust can propel the state into an era defined by growth and sustainable engagement. 3. **An Era of Strong Collaborations** - Appointing new leadership often leads to opportunities for forging robust partnerships. Outside-in perspectives can foster conversation and alliances which enrich understandings, thus promoting cooperation that transcends boundaries. Of course, transition periods can invite questions and skepticism, and it's crucial to remember this as a bridging phase. Every new composition needs time to hit the right chords and achieve harmonious tempo. Similarly, the newly inducted members require time to acclimatise to the roles, responsibilities, and mandates accompanying their posts. Premier Danielle Smith's validation speaks volumes about the direction Alberta is heading. Change always presents itself etched with challenges, and sometimes uncertainty, but the spirit of progress is a testament to our ability to ambitiously navigate and mould the future. As we embrace this change and envisage Alberta's emerging chapter, one striking sentiment remains at the forefront: The only constant is change. However, it’s not merely the change but our response to it, that makes the difference. #Alberta #BoardAppointments #Governance #Leadership #Progress
