This is 100 years old business. One of the things that really stands out for me with AIA is how we focus on the long term and sustainability. Our business is very much community based. When it comes to applying standards that relate to sustainability, we see our role really coming to the fore. We have a huge calendar of events planned. The main goal is to bring employees together with us on this sustainable teach journey. Putting our purpose into action so it has real sustainable impact, that we can visualize it, we can see it, we can see the difference that our purpose makes is tremendous. Our people, they are always very inquisitive and they are always excited to be part of, you know, helping people who are from the underserved communities who may not have access to tools and equipments to lead healthier, longer, better lives. But I don't don't get, don't go over there. Hello. Was I want to say, bring up your old door. Helping kids make healthier choices for themselves, for the planet. Believing in better is not only about believing in better tomorrow. It's but can we be better for 10 years? Can we be better for 100 years? That's really what this business is all about.
