Companies in the top quartile for diversity are 36% more likely to outperform their competitors financially. 💰 Here's why DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) matters more than ever: 1️⃣ Retention: 40% of employees with a strong sense of belonging rarely think about leaving, vs. 5% with low belonging. 2️⃣ Productivity: DEIB initiatives can lead to a 56% increase in job performance and 75% decrease in sick days! 3️⃣ Employer Branding: 51% of employees with high belonging recommend their company as a great place to work. 4️⃣ Talent Attraction: 73% of Gen Z and 68% of Millennials prioritize companies with strong DE&I. What a special time spending two days at the IPM conference on DEIB with people who care about this topic, and not just act to tick a box. I also had the privilege to talk about how tech can be leveraged to foster a more inclusive workplace as well as diversifying the workforce and facilitating a culture of belonging for all - and how Mintor’s AI Bots are already enabling companies all over to make a difference in this regard. My closing food for thought… we have the tech in hand, that’s advanced enough, affordable and accessible enough, to enable us to connect across multitudes of boundaries, to ensure that no-one gets left behind!
