Want to attract top talent and stand out in a crowded job market? Here are three quick tips: 1. Highlight Benefits: Nearly 60% of job postings now mention benefits, a major jump since 2020! 🏥 Including benefits, especially in roles where they aren’t typically expected, can give your job ads the edge they need. 2. Be Transparent About Pay: Pay transparency is key. 💰 Candidates are more likely to stay interested in a job if the salary range is upfront. Don’t let a lack of info be a deal-breaker! 3. Use Recruitment as Branding: Recruitment is more than filling roles – it’s a branding opportunity! 🌟 Make sure your job ads reflect your company’s values and culture to attract talent that truly fits. #RecruitmentTips #EmployerBranding #HRInsights #JobPosting #Hiring Read more on HR Dive's article: https://loom.ly/Ecu_nw4 Need help with recruiting? I believe including benefits details in a job posting AND in the offer letter is a MUST! It's important for candidates to know what they could be losing if they switch jobs. It's never good when you only discover changes that directly impact your family AFTER you've accepted a position. Benefits is an important part of total compensation - it's not JUST about pay. #totalcompensation #employeebenefits #groupbenefits #hiring https://lnkd.in/grxeW4bz

We're a bit skewed. 📉 According to the Wave Q2 Recruitment Trends Report, jobs are -10% and applications are +2%. It means we have an imbalance in the market, with a surplus of candidates and a shortage of job opportunities. We already know work flexibility is a problem, with an estimated 4 million changing careers due to lack of flexibility at work (CIPD). All this, and unemployment is up (Office for National Statistics). Can we create more jobs AND flexibility? Yes, we can.... Let's see more employers advertising roles open to: 🌟 Job sharing 🌟 Part-time hours It's these employers that will benefit from: ✅ a much broader talent pool ✅ increased creativity ✅ greater business continuity ✅ broader team skillset ✅ greater inclusivity ✅ increased employee retention ✅ competitive advantage Creating more jobs, attracting and retaining talent doesn't always need a big budget. Sometimes it just needs a little flexible thinking... What do you think? 🤔 #flexibleworking #betterwork #talent #recruitment #hr

Jobseekers generally hesitate to follow up with their hiring HR or hiring managers regarding the next round or about the progress of the application. I think it is perfectly alright to ping after 2-3 days. It isn’t disrespectful. They might have forgotten or gotten busy with their schedule. Same is the case while you message a connection in LinkedIn. Please do not hesitate to ping again, it might give the little push they need.

"I don't talk to agencies if I'm not hiring anyone" HUGE mistake. If your agency is only providing CVs, you're using the wrong agency - you should be leveraging their market knowledge! Next time an agency contacts you and your not currently recruiting, feel free to ask them: 💡 Who’s currently hiring and who’s making redundancies? 💡 Who’s moving within the industry - what's happening? 💡 What roles are currently in high demand? 💡 Can you provide a salary survey? 💡 Who’s struggling to retain staff and why? Ask the questions that matter to you. If your agency are experts within their market the above questions will easily be answered. #hrjobs #humanresources #recruitmentadvice #hiring #positivity #hr --------------------------------- 🌟Hi, I'm Victoria, I specialise in connecting top-tier HR professionals for over 17 years.
