𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐥 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐬 Businesses want to use their robots a little more intelligently. Every business owner who has implemented robots to reduce labor costs and increase productivity shares this desire. However, merely purchasing and deploying robots does not automatically reduce labor costs or increase productivity. Often, the burden of managing these robots increases, leading to disappointment in robotic automation. Total robot solutions company Bigwaverobotics announced that the number of sites adopting their multi-robot integrated control platform, SOLlink, has exceeded 186. SOLlink is developed to solve management problems encountered by business operators during the robot introduction process. Please check the link below for more details. 👇👇👇 https://bit.ly/4cO5RBI

New Robotic Inventory Storage and Retrieval System Launched by Urbx Urbx has recently introduced its new robotic inventory storage and retrieval system. According to the company, this system boasts the capability to fulfill complex, multi-SKU orders with remarkable efficiency. Drawing from the foundations of traditional automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), Urbx’s innovation combines robotics, software, and storage racking to offer notable advantages in speed, height, density, and scalability within goods-to-person order fulfillment processes. The system operates through a fleet of Urb TowerBots, each equipped with AI technology to navigate efficiently through a dense storage grid, retrieving totes and delivering them to a pick station via the shortest 3D path. These TowerBots traverse atop the racking and descend through strategically positioned columns to access inventory, eliminating the need for navigating aisles or extensive digging to reach lower storage layers. This design enables quick access to inventory at various levels, with storage capacities reaching up to 75 totes high. After retrieval, the TowerBots transport the totes to built-in... https://lnkd.in/dJqRNhwJ

The geekiest among you will inevitably remember this scene from Star Wars when Lando Calrissian, Han Solo's friend and governor of the Cloud City, hands Star War heroes over to the Empire. The misconception that robots are complicated may come from this scene. Chewbacca in his cell, struggles to rebuild C-3PO, torn to shreds by stormtrooper lasers to become an intricate puzzle of metal and wires. He even makes a mistake and turns the droid’s head upside down, getting as annoyed as a wookie can be in front of such a complexity. We can reassure you. AutoStore™ robots are extremely easy to use. They don't speak all the 30 million languages of the galaxy like C-3PO. They only do one one thing, but they do it better than anyone/thing else, and with the utmost simplicity. #robotics #automation #autostore
