I am beeing disrespected at KLM Brazil, please help me! My case is reported as C-8298119. I have a trip tomorrow and it's been more than 7 days that in my KLM customer area (website) the trip is confirmed but they have emailed me that I've had a problem with the credit card payment and my trip would be cancelled if I didn't travel 800 km to pay personally at the KLM area at São Paulo airport. My bank has 100% confirmed the payment and KLM doesn't reverse the payment making it appear to be a financial scam. I have tried all the KLM customer channels all of the 7 days but they insist on me to pay in that personal way and don't try to help me at all. I don't know what to do anymore, everything is a mess, some KLM areas tell me that is confirmed and others say that it's not. That terrible treatment can't be on the KLM customer service playbook. Please HELP!
Not bad, but no time to relax. Looking forward to the partnership with SAS, to offer more direct connectivity (offloading CDG and AMS) at lower emissions/customer journey.
