Tired of one-sided Zoom meetings? Live audience polling will transform your next session! Here are our 3 hacks to use polling like a pro: 1. Choose questions that fit your content and keep them simple. Multiple choice works well for quick engagement (the more open the questions are, the less engagement we saw on our end) 2. Don't overload your audience. Space out polls throughout your presentation to keep them engaged. 3. Don't just show the answers. Talk about what they mean and how they connect to your points. This keeps your audience interested now that they are a part of the statistics! S-Tier Tips: You can be more creative with polls than you currently think! Use polls for quizzes, icebreakers, or even voting on important decisions. This makes your meeting interactive and engaging! Live polling turns your Zooms into a two-way street which will boost engagement in your meetings! Do you use polls in another way? #presentationtips #publicspeaking

How-to Tuesdays! - How to Create Engaging Experiences In today’s fast-paced world, the difference between a good event and an unforgettable one lies in crafting experiences that truly engage your audience. At Cramer, we believe the key to engagement is blending creativity with strategy—and here’s how you can do it too: ☑ Know Your Audience: Understanding what drives your attendees is step one. Are they seeking education, inspiration, or collaboration? Tailoring your content to these motivations will make your event resonate. ☑ Interactive Technology: Incorporate tools like AR, live polling, and virtual networking to keep your audience actively participating rather than passively consuming. It’s about making them part of the experience. ☑ Seamless Storytelling: From pre-event teasers to post-event follow-ups, weave a narrative that aligns with your brand and reinforces your message. A cohesive story is what keeps people connected long after the event is over. ☑ Space for Connection: Design your event space—physical or virtual—to foster collaboration and spontaneous interaction. Creating moments where attendees can share and connect drives meaningful engagement. Our approach at Cramer is built on delivering not just events, but brand-defining experiences. Whether it's a sales summit or a leadership conference, our focus is always on creating authentic, memorable moments that support your goals. 5moThank you for the insightful article by Mayukh. I loved that he stressed preparation. Airmeet’s session stage features are robustful so being prepared is crucial. A speaker presents best when she, he, or they are comfortable knowing we have their back. The ability to have multiple hosts running a session behind the scenes is the icing on the cake for our speakers. During our rehearsal sessions, our speakers need to feel assured that they can do what they do best knowing support is always there. Something fun… For our initial speaker tours to introduce Airmeet, we like to invite our speakers into a practice session as attendees so they can experience the session chat, Q&A, polls, and other session features from an attendee perspective. Our speakers enjoy this experience, and we’ve received positive feedback affirming we truly care about our attendee experience just as much as we do for our presenters. Keep the great articles coming! 👏🏽
