Question: How can you tell if advertising is supporting your business success? Answer: A strong marketing measurement strategy ⬇️ A unified measurement framework guides brands toward achieving full-funnel goals. Sometimes, this is as simple as defining media KPIs and optimization points - think conversions, cost per action, reach and frequency, cost per unique reach, and so on. But, oftentimes, media metrics alone cannot answer brands’s most critical questions. In these instances, advanced measurement studies and modeling strategies are critical tools to inform smart decision-making. Learn how and why to use these powerful tools in our recent blog post from Coegi's Director of Marketing, Elise Stieferman, MBA, MA, here ⬇️

'Tis the season for annual planning! 📅 If we have one tip for you, it would be this: Approach your annual marketing plan with goals that are rooted in data and creativity to take your campaigns to the next level. Step 1: Take a diligent review of recent performance data, industry research and business activity to arm you with the insights necessary to create a marketing plan that performs. Step 2: Create organizational alignment on business goals + how you plan to measure. Planning meetings with the C-Suite may uncover what data you still need to verify, challenge brand or customer assumptions, or point you in a new direction. Step 3: Now you can attach marketing tactics to the defined goals and determine which are the strongest options for your marketing this year. Lean into new ideas with an open mind. Don't just activate tactics you "have always done." Step 4: Be prepared to adapt + pivot. In our experience, strategies that hone in on authentic storytelling and are backed by thorough research are the most successful.
