Job Title: Product Manager Job Description: Product Manager – Consumer Durables Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Product Manager to join our team at a leading consumer durables company. The Product Manager will oversee the entire product lifecycle for a portfolio of consumer durable products, from ideation through to market launch and beyond. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute the product strategy for consumer durable products in alignment with the company's business goals and objectives. Product Development & Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring products meet customer requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. Customer & Market Insights: Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and understand pain points, needs, and preferences. Product Marketing and Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product marketing materials, including brochures, videos, websites, and online content. Financial Management & Reporting: Develop product pricing strategies based on market research, competitive analysis, and cost structures to ensure profitability while maintaining competitive positioning. Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality control, supply chain, marketing, and sales, to ensure product success. Product Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous product innovation by staying up-to-date with the latest technological trends, industry best practices, and customer needs. Regulatory & Compliance: Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the consumer durables or electronics industry. Product Expertise: Strong knowledge of consumer durable products, market trends, and competitive landscape. Experience managing complex, multi-phase product development processes. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
