Recently, I’ve been reading a lot of articles and listening to a lot of talks related to customer experience that only address satisfaction scores and ignore complaints and/or comments. Experience is more than just satisfaction and more than just numbers. These numbers can be an indicator, but a deep dive into the information behind them, which can come as complaints or comments, is required.
