Imagine using the same search for records management. That's most "In-Place" products. They use the native search that's on your Outlook, Teams etc. I call them piggy-backers. If you hear connectors or APIs in their pitch, you are getting a 🐷-backer. Pro Tip: Go to teams and try running a search. See how much of a horror story that is.

Interesting share. On a very serious note how many construction programmes do we see that have DEI built into them that allow for older workers? Construction is in a crisis. Younger people do not have the experience and we do not allow the time/money to gain that. People who have managed to get through are the premium that everyone wants and speaking openly that is usually 25-40. Post that when knees start to go and backs ache people slow but there is no balance of energy against experience. In a construction industry looking to spend $10b a year or more you can only do this with the people to do the work. We need the time to train young people. We need to take the pressure off the core people. We need to support the older people. No workers, no work. No work, no build. No build, no return on investment. No workers = no return on investment. Investment in workers = better return on investment.
