As I drive through the Twin Cities, I see so many signs advertising hiring bonuses. Are these working? Here is a short clip from the webinar with Paige Carder with Employ talking about how friction can prevent school districts from getting great candidates. While hiring bonuses and pay increases can attract more candidates, organizations should focus on ways to reduce the barriers, or friction, of an application process.
