By using the structure of a story to connect the different activities, you can create a report that is engaging for your readers. 💡Step away from the printer - if you always produce a printed report, consider other formats - an interactive and accessible microsite or landing page with dynamic infographics and links to video content. 💡Order, order - step away from the standard flow, think about what people want to know and give them this information first. 💡Too much information - consider different ways to present data other than written prose, like infographics, charts, diagrams and stories. 💡Maximise exposure - repurpose the report’s content across your social media, newsletters and presentations by breaking the document up and using it to create bite-sized posts. 💡Look and learn - inspiration is all around you.
