Very soon, we plan to launch our solutions in Saudi Arabia! We are incredibly proud to be part of this project and eagerly anticipate the launch, but we need to hold off a little longer before revealing the details. Wow, the three days at World of Coffee Dubai flew by in a flash! First off, a big shoutout to the organizers for making each year better than the last. At this rate, I bet this exhibition will be the coffee hub of the world in a couple of years. Just keep up the great work! Whether it partially or fully replaces human efforts, it's happening more and more. Routine tasks are getting automated, and that's why we see projects like Ubermilk, @latteartfactory , Eversys SA, Marco Beverage Systems, and others emerging. - We had many visitors from various countries discovering our project and technology for the first time, and both they and we were pleasantly surprised by this! We're already thinking about which countries to automate first. We're seeing new but familiar brands from different countries. It's really exciting. In a way, we've been ahead of the automation trend, and many visitors confirmed this when they learned more about our project. We're expecting a surge in such formats from 2024 to 2028. - We introduced our new concept to the public – the hybrid coffee shop. Our technology handles the quality, preparation of all drinks, order taking, and delivery. Meanwhile, humans provide the service, interaction with guests, and overall customer care. Our goal is not to negate everything in the current coffee shop formats or to turn everyone and everything into robots or anything like that. Our goal is to take the best technologies that are already available to us and combine them with the traditional format in order to dramatically improve the quality of service, the quality of drinks, and create a new and exciting experience for customers! A completely digital coffee shop, uncompromising quality - but with a soul, with love for coffee and service. Dear friends and colleagues! This has been a wonderful year. Together, we have achieved the impossible - remaining true to our principles and dreams, and we will undoubtedly continue to move forward towards our set goals. The year was filled with numerous meetings, travels across various countries, many answers, and even more questions. We have posed challenging questions to our industry and ourselves - and we don't always get the answers. But we believe that our path is the right one. The most important thing is to never give up, and even when we fall, to get back up and keep moving forward! We wish all our partners a Merry Christmas! Have a wonderful Christmas!
