I am preparing for monthly review sessions with my direct reports. I've been thinking about making some changes. What I really want to understand is their level of satisfaction and happiness. Ultimately, I want to see if they're still feeling optimistic and often find themselves smiling, without delving too deeply into heavy discussions. And came with these 5 questions. What’s gone well in your role? What challenges are you facing? How are you feeling? (open ended) Are you fulfilled? How can I support you better? Now it's a matter of carefully listening to what they have to say. #motivation #team #care

I don’t want to accept it! What’s it?! ▪️the bad news from your boss ▪️the bad attitude of your team ▪️the wrong decision you just made And the list goes on, but the reality is you can’t go on until you accept it.
