JUST IN CASE you’re trying to handle it all alone.. you don’t have to or need to be expert in everything! 💥 How boring would our lives be if you and I knew everything, we wouldn’t need anyone, right? Sounds a bit lonely and sad. My philosophy is that when it comes to green transition we have to be extra aware of where we’re good at and have a strong network of specialists close to us in order to reach the best and most flourishing outcomes. For this reason Planet Diplomats consists of incredible driven professionals who are experts in different areas that is required for the green transition at different levels of organisations to happen. AND!! We have some new skillsets and faces, new Planet Diplomats, who have joined the movement!! 🔥🚀 Let me introduce you to Maija Typpi-Häkkinen who is a lighthouse with an impressive experience. She’s also SUPER NICE! 💥 She offers services both as sustainable digital business leader, advisor & developer and as a social sustainability advisor & interim DEIB development manager. If you’re wondering about these questions, she’s your woman! 📣 How to lead an organization so that sustainability is part of the responsibilities and goals of every function, leader, team, and individual? How can everyone participate? 📣 How to drive cultural change towards a direction where customers, employees, and other stakeholders co-create more sustainable business together? 📣 How to lead diversity goals from communications, marketing, and HR presentations genuinely to the level of business, teams, and individuals? 📣 How to create a culture that strives for true inclusivity, and how to dismantle (often hidden) structures that prevent a sense of belonging? 📣 How to create value from sustainability and DEIB that supports business growth and employee well-being now and in the future? 📣 Sustainable development of digital business and digital solutions, what does it require from the perspective of strategy, processes, people, and technology?

Helping organisations produce better outcomes for ethnic minority groups. | TEDx Speaker | Race Equity Consultant | Anti-racism Superfan
PUT all your eggs in one basket! Here’s why Your organisation’s race equity journey will not end. One day you will need to pass the torch. So it’s all about turning knowledge into actions that drive change. A one-stop knowledge hub is more than managing information. Here’s 5 reasons why you should have a one stop knowledge hub for your race equity journey, 1 Your people will move on. You need to ensure that great work is not forgotten and relationships with ethnic minority partners continue to grow. 2 You will prevent repeatable mistakes. So often poor approaches are recycled due to a lack of sharing. This can perpetuate harm towards ethnic minority stakeholders. 3 You will be evidence led. Capture that data, measure progress and inform your decision making. Share good practice and be efficient in your use of resources. 4 You will increase engagement. It’s important for your people to feel connected to your race equity journey. Encourage participation, grow curiosity, courage and confidence. 5 You will develop transparency and accountability. Agree common language, new ideas and secure alignment to the mission. Show everyone including ethnic minority employees that change is happening How is your organisation leveraging knowledge to promote race equity? Love to hear about it. #RaceEquity #Inclusion #Diversity #KnowledgeSharing #Teamwork #Learning #SmartDecisions #GlobalInsights #NewIdeas #EmployeeEngagement #Transparency

[LOCAL ACTION, GLOBAL TRANSFORMATION] Edelman recently released its FY23 Citizenship Report, outlining commitments and efforts to shape a better future for society. "Transformational describes our 13-year evolutionary journey to develop a corporate responsibility program that communicates our environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives. These initiatives help make our business more agile and resilient and our workplace and communities more engaged, all while being responsible stewards of our environment," shared John Edelman, Managing Director of Global Engagement and Corporate Responsibility. "Our journey is transformational because it is holistic, ambitious and demonstrates our goal to deliver organizational impacts and interdependencies that inspire our stakeholders and the broader industry to advance. It also has generated 10 transformational events (see list on page 6) that capture our report’s theme- Local Action, Global Transformation. These events reflect incremental change starting locally and becoming global in nature. By transforming ourselves, we impact others – clients, colleagues, communities and other stakeholders. The collective impact of this effort creates a better future for all." You can read the report and/or view the company's climate commitments here: https://lnkd.in/eKvBXJ4p
For over a decade, Edelman has committed to creating positive impact for its communities, its people, its clients and society, at large.
