Here’s 5 reasons why you should have a one stop knowledge hub for your race equity journey,  1 Your people will move on.  You need to ensure that great work is not forgotten and relationships with ethnic minority partners continue to grow. 2 You will prevent repeatable mistakes. So often poor approaches are recycled due to a lack of sharing.  This can perpetuate harm towards ethnic minority stakeholders.  3 You will be evidence led. [LOCAL ACTION, GLOBAL TRANSFORMATION] Edelman recently released its FY23 Citizenship Report, outlining commitments and efforts to shape a better future for society. "Transformational describes our 13-year evolutionary journey to develop a corporate responsibility program that communicates our environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives. These initiatives help make our business more agile and resilient and our workplace and communities more engaged, all while being responsible stewards of our environment," shared John Edelman, Managing Director of Global Engagement and Corporate Responsibility.
