Brand perception skates on thin ice. You have to keep up the freeze. Manage the cracks. The reality is: When you hand over keys to property management, your brand's reputation is subject to their care. As that team interacts with guests or tenants, they reinforce or break the vision of your brand. Where's one place this type of stewardship shows up BIG? Events. Events are the IRL demonstration of your brand promise. If you run the same events as everyone else --> your brand is everyone else. There isn't much room to recover from rinse and repeat.
