I've been a builder since childhood, making forts, starting mini-businesses, and helping with our artisan manufacturing family business. At an early age, I developed a strong desire to learn how to understand and connect with people, add value, and authentically win them over. For the past decade and more, I've been fully immersed in the digital innovation world, building go-to-market strategies in partnership with enterprise customers and key vendors. I've led the shaping and launching of new services and product offerings, and I've simply had a blast working alongside brilliant, value-driven colleagues whom I consider lifelong friends. ⭐️ What are your guiding principles in life or work? Direct experiences and countless hours of studying human nature and behavior have convinced me that virtue is a competitive advantage. People can sense intent, and a service-oriented approach to business is a winning formula. Act as if your mom sees what you are doing; make decisions that are best for all stakeholders; and drive towards solutions that consider all stakeholders. It may take a little more time upfront, but the value of mutual trust in solving business challenges and driving continuous innovation is unparalleled. Oh, and never losing customers compounds over time! 💡 What's a highlight from a previous venture? The highlight of my last two and a half decades has been the accrued wisdom from each step and turn. Growing up in a small business teaches you how to constantly do a lot with a little. When discussing the entrepreneurial journey, I heard someone say, 'We never know what we are capable of until our back is against the wall.' This deeply resonated with me and explains the cumulative development of an unrelenting confidence in my ability to find a solution for any problem. Beyond that, my time at SDG, crafting partnerships with customers, strategic software vendors, and colleagues, was a masterclass in go-to-market principles in professional services. I am happy to share that I was awarded the global Head of Partner & Alliance Management (PAM) for T-Systems International, reporting directly to our CTO Christine Knackfuss-Nikolic. Together with the PAM team, that role shall serve as central governance for both (1) excellence and (2) performance of our partners and alliances at T-Systems. Right now we are still fixing the basics to get things done and rolled out, especially in terms of some underlying baselining, definition and processes. But if you happen to be one of our valued partners you will soon hear about our partner types and partner levels which we already defined on Board of Management (GL) level. And the fact that you read "alliance" here may give you just a sneak peak of what's to come for Alliance Partners. But to better reflect on the performance which we expect from our partners, we also agreed to distinguish between 3 partner types, each with a unique set of objectives and KPIs. And all this across T-Systems, so same types, levels, roles, names and KPIs for Digital Solutions, Cloud Services, Security and Advisory - that is what the central Partner & Alliance Management is all about. So stay tuned, exciting times ahead for all of us. I will assume above responsibility next to my current role as Head of Partner Management Cloud Services (PMC) to build upon what my team created for Cloud Services. Special thanks to Dr. Ferri Abolhassan, Sebastian Gielen, Christine Knackfuss-Nikolic, Greg Hyttenrauch, Christoph Rode, Thomas Weber and my now two teams, PAM and PMC, for your continued trust and support. Six months have flown by since I joined HubBox. Reflecting on this exciting journey so far, I’m grateful for the growth, challenges, and opportunities that have come my way. A few key takeaways so far: 🚀 Collaboration is Key: Working with great colleagues and partners has shown me the immense power of collaboration. Together, we’re not only enhancing the customer experience but also driving innovation and opening up new opportunities within the industry. 🎯 Growth Through Learning: Every day is a learning opportunity. From deepening my understanding of our product offering to finding new ways to add value to our partner relationships, continuous learning has been central to my success in this role. 💡 Adaptability is Essential: The e-commerce landscape is constantly evolving, and staying agile is crucial. HubBox’s dynamic culture encourages innovation, and I’ve enjoyed the opportunity to pivot when needed, always keeping our partners' goals at the forefront. 🔗 Building Strong Relationships: I’ve had the privilege of connecting with partners who are as passionate about improving their customers delivery experience as we are. (Post 2 of 3 )✨ What We Achieved in 2024 This year has been transformative for both Bajco Technologies (www.bajcotechnologies.com) and Meal Dynamics (www.mealdynamics.com) I’m proud to share some of our key achievements: ✅ Strengthened Agile Practices: We established new procedures at Bajco Tech, conducted extensive training, and elevated our team to operate at a higher level achieving un-paralleled success ✅ Product-Market Fit (PMF): Meal Dynamics achieved PMF for its first module, Accounts Payable Automation, and deployed it successfully with our pilot client. (Definitely had to go back and redo some of the fundamentals on our back-end for adoption during the pilot, but got something better as a result so it worked in our favor beautifully) ✅ Enterprise Services Launched: Bajco Technologies began providing critical support to enterprise clients, including taking over full development and providing managed IT services like DevOps and engineering services. ✅ Personal Growth: I joined a startup school to explore new strategies. While I realized it wasn’t the right path for me and Meal Dynamics at this time, the lessons learned were invaluable. Sometimes, figuring out what doesn’t work is as important as discovering what does. These milestones are just the beginning. Every challenge has taught us something new, and every success has reinforced our belief in the potential of restaurant technology. Our teams are more connected than ever, turbocharged our work and communication efficiency by at least 35%. 🌏 Commercial: We've successfully shipped over 60,000 gifts across CN, MY, SG, and the US in Q1 2024! Even more thrilling, we've connected with what could be our dream customer in Singapore, potentially unlocking a massive new market in Singapore. 💰 Financial : We've seen a 142% YOY growth rate in our quarterly revenue, reinforcing our status as a profitable venture.
