Our LA office partnered with HYL Architecture, SmithGroup and Howard Building Corporation for the renovation of Nossaman LLP’s existing office space on the 34th and 35th Floors of 777 South Figueroa in DTLA. The updated 35,000-sf office space, was designed giving it a new, elegant look which features a communicating stair, state-of-the-art conference rooms and updates to the perimeter offices, reception area, café an elevator lobbies.
