This one goes especially out to my #Ramboll network :) As you might have seen, I am running to be an elected employee representative for the Board of Directors🍀💡🌎 I believe diverse perspectives are needed in the boardroom to pursue its key purpose – creating value for the employees and societies we serve. In 2019, I walked into Ramboll Head Office for the first time as an intern. I had no idea the impact it would have on my life. In Ramboll, I have found a place where my values align and the driving force in my work is our purpose as a company, the people, the culture, and the way of thinking that characterizes Ramboll. With my background will bring a different approach to problem solving to the Ramboll Group Board, where my focus will be on exploring new ways of thinking to challenge the status quo, accelerate sustainable solutions, and future proof Ramboll in a sustainable and profitable way.
