Exciting times for Arlon! Being a "Great Place to Work" is a huge competitive advantage. Facing changes is exciting yet challenging. It's natural to want to point fingers and blame others, but ultimately, change is always for the best. Truthfully, I did not expect this kind of reaction from my customers, friends and connections. I feel blessed for the appreciation and acknowledgments. Your kindness has helped me reflect and set my focus on key principles as I evaluate the next step of my professional journey. People don't leave companies; they leave due to the organization's leadership, or lack thereof. My primary focus will always be on positive and supportive leadership, building a company culture centered on people. Companies often use the term "Customer Centric." However, to truly become that kind of company, you first and foremost need to be "People Centric."
