It was a great pleasure to meet Cem SARICA Dr. Aziz Rahman, Ph.D., P.Eng. Carolyn Koh and Dr. Ardian Nengkoda here in Dhahran KSA. A friendly gathering and oil and gas in depth discussion with pundits in Petroleum Engineering and Chemical Engineering. The technical focus was on production, upstream facilities and flow assurance. We also discussed various areas of interest and contramprory challenges like Energy Transition or “Diversification “, mining industry, Academia, R&D and Oil and gas industry head and tail winds. You can not be in KSA and do not talk about vision 2030 glaring spotlights, booming forces, Economy diversity and COP-28 ramifications on the oil producers and consumers alike. Its activities will continue for 3 days with the participation of Mr. George Papanastasiou, Minister of Energy of Cyprus, the Secretary General of the Greek Ministry of Energy and the Secretaries of a number of major international organizations in the field of energy and natural gas, including the Secretary General of the East Mediterranean Gas Forum - EMGF , the Director General of the Mediterranean Energy Observatory, and a group of leaders of the Egyptian petroleum industry and executives of global energy and technology companies and experts.
