It's only bait, so just don't bite ! ✌️Instead, feel empathy for the LBGTQ+ community, which is being exploited, over and over again. Just like the Black community is constantly being exploited, and for that reason alone also deserves some extra empathy. It's only a matter of time till those deliberately propagandised & exploited will see the light, stand up and fiercely resist ever being exploited again. #Bait #IdentityPolitics #DeliberatePolarisationToDistractFromRealIssues #Wokeism #DeepStateMindGamesAndPropagandism #FailingWesternPonzi #ExcessiveMonetaryExpansion #FalseIdealismAsCoverStoryForTheft #DiversityEquityAndInclusionIsAScam #ESGIsAScam #OnlyEverFasterIncreasingWealthDisparities #DivideEtImpera #FuelingSocietalDivideAndExpansionistWarfare #DeepStatePuppetsInPositionsOfPowerAndInfluence Link for non-subscribers: https://archive.ph/l8We1. #TrueDemocratsSupportTrumpVance2024

Passionate Anti-Racism Educator/Speaks Ugly Truth Over Pretty Lies/Content Creator/ Disruptor & Accomplice/ DEI Facilitator/ Special Education Teacher/ Administrator/ Promoter of Racial Responsibility
“You shouldn’t be so harsh!” “You were so nice, they didn’t get your point!” “Stop being so angry.” “What about reverse discrimination?” “ You were an apologist!” “If you weren’t so mean, I’d want to listen.” There is always some excuse given as to why we “white” folks refused to listen to the truth about our own behavior. Each one of us “white” people respond differently and learn differently. As a special education teacher, I can attest to this. It is important that we hear the same anti-racist ideology in many different different ways. But they’re all the same message. Some people respond to kindness others respond to harshness, and most people are somewhere in between. About 20 years ago, I was told that the only way to get “white” people to understand is to bite their heads off and leave them in shock. I was told I didn’t present anti-racism with urgency and power I was being an apologist. “White” folks who want to learn and be part of the solution instead of the problem need to find way to join the steep, lifelong anti-racism continuum. Not every racist educator will suit your needs, but there is someone out there for you probably more than one. The best thing of a “white” person can do who wants to learn is to listen to Black people when they speak. Take to heart what the have to say! Believe them. Empathize and then do it again and again and again. LISTEN TO BLACK PEOPLE WHEN THEY SPEAK. Black people in the United States live this every day. There is no one who knows better about how to solve the problems (caused by the “white” community) that face the Black community today. It is imperative that we “white” folks stop scrutinizing the tone or the manner of the communication and start listening to the content!! We must do introspection and educate ourselves so we stop perpetuating system systemic racism. We don’t do this to be heroes or saviors or to get our picture on social media. We do it because it’s the right way to act human and we too will benefit from it greatly in the long run. It is way past time, “white” people take racial, responsibility and unite with Black, brown, Indigenous people, etc. and help to dismantle the system of oppression that people who look like us started and people who look like us benefit from!

On this day 60 years ago! 🗓️✊🏾 Why did Malcolm X send King a telegram in ‘64? 🤔 St. Augustine FL (where the first free Black settlement in the U.S. is located) was the site of intense racist violence and subsequent protests. After seeing how hostile racists were being to our people (they were even throwing acid in pools), Malcolm felt the need to let King know that he’d send an army down there to help out if needed. So, let this dispel any rumors about any “beef” they had. And let it be known that Malcolm was REALLY about that life. And King was too for that matter, they just fought back differently. 💯 It’s collaboration over competition, y’all. How can we get there together? 🗣️ Did you know this??? 🤔 #blackhistory #malcolmx #mlk #drking #martinlutherking #florida #jimcrow #swim #civilrights #civilrightsmovement #dei #antiracism

Feeling inspired by these insights from Mendi N., Director of KCB Bank Group Foundation in this video! Her story highlighted the profound #impact of consistently showing up and how this simple act can make a significant difference. Here are some key takeaways from her talk: 1. Speak Up: If you have a question or an #idea, share it—no matter your role or position. Your voice matters. 2. Monotasking: Focus on one task at a time, minimizing interruptions until you complete it. This dedication can enhance #productivity and #quality. 3. Tackle Tough Tasks First: If a task is unpleasant, daunting, or difficult, address it first. Overcoming it early sets a positive tone for the rest of the day. 4. Embrace Imperfection and Fear: Approach challenges even if you feel unprepared or afraid. Doing something imperfectly is better than not doing it at all.

Experienced Marketing Strategist | Community Engagement Leader | Project Manager with 10+ Years of Driving Growth & Engagement | Expertise in Recruitment, Event Management, marketing and project management
As leaders, as Americans, or simply as individuals who call this country home, we often talk about the power of symbols in our society. But today, I want to remind you that some symbols carry far more weight than mere aesthetics. The flag is one such symbol. It's not just a colorful fabric; it's a testament to the sacrifices made by countless individuals. It's a reminder of the lives lost, the bravery shown, and the values upheld. And yet, in our fast-paced world, it's easy to forget the depth of meaning behind the stars and stripes. Take, for example, the Scouts BSA. From the tender age of 7, Scouts are taught the importance of respecting the flag. They learn how to handle it with care, how to honor it with reverence, and how to embody the values it represents. It's a lesson in patriotism that stays with them for life. But sadly, not everyone seems to remember these lessons. In a world where division and discord often reign, it's all too common to see the flag treated with disrespect. Whether it's through careless handling or outright disdain, the disregard for this symbol is disheartening. We have a responsibility to remind people of the significance of the flag. We have a platform to educate and inspire, to reignite the flame of patriotism that burns within us all. Let's use that platform wisely. So the next time you see the flag waving proudly in the breeze, take a moment to reflect on what it truly represents. Remember the sacrifices made, the ideals upheld, and the unity it inspires. And let's pledge to always treat it with the respect and honor it deserves. #RespectTheFlag #Patriotism #Unity
