🤝 During National Volunteer Week, I'm excited to spotlight the meaningful work done by our Amerigroup DC team. We had the valuable experience of volunteering with DC Central Kitchen, working hand-in-hand with their dedicated front-line staff and Culinary Job Training students. The team took part in preparing fresh, balanced meals for the community by chopping, cutting, and peeling an array of fresh produce. Moreover, we're incredibly proud to announce that Amerigroup has contributed $80,000 to support the impactful job training programs run by DC Central Kitchen. We firmly believe in their mission and are committed to supporting their efforts. Through our volunteer work and contribution, we hope to aid the important work of DC Central Kitchen and contribute to the betterment of our community.
