Only three months away till the Aerospace Maintenance Counsel’s 2024 Competition! There are 84 registered teams consisting of 5 people per team competing in 27 scheduled events. That’s 420 student and professional AMT/AMEs standing up and collectively promoting our skilled craft. Who will have the fastest scores in each event? Who will take the stage for their respective category’s winners? Who will win the Paul Cousins Award or the William F. “Bill” O’Brien Award For Excellence? Although not all competitors will receive awards they are in fact all winners! Time is simply a tool to determine who takes 1st, 2nd or 3rd in each of the six separate categories teams are registered in. Each of these skilled competitors are the “best of the best” helping to raise the awareness of the knowledge, skill & integrity that are the foundation for our profession.
