Work at your ideal height with the #pallet table with automatic height adjustment. The EdmoLift AB pallet table has an air cushion whose pressure is adjusted according to the load to be handled, which means that the goods are always at the right picking height. The integrated pivoting plate, with a diameter of 1100 mm, holds a EUR pallet, which can be easily swivelled. Therefore, the operator does not need to bend down or move around the pallet in order to load or unload it. The table can carry a weight of 150 to 2000 kg and has integrated fork channels so that it can be moved by a forklift truck with support legs. The PL 2002 pallet table offers the operator 360° access to the goods, as all elements of the structure are kept within the diameter of the pivot plate. In the coming weeks, we would like to give you a step-by-step insight into the Profi Liner production in Werlte. ⬇️ Step 3 - Coloring ⬇️   The colouring is carried out in two powder booths, in which the colour powder is applied by 47 automatic paint guns and three employees. The chassis is 3D scanned in front of the powder booth in order to programme the paint guns accordingly. After colouring, the chassis are fed to the ten powder ovens. . 🔻The Problem: Strapping 50 pallets per day with 2 straps each means for the operator at least 1: bending down 50,000 times 2: walking around the pallets 25,000 times per year 👉🏼The Solution: Roll the ErgoStrap in front of the pallet. The chain lance pulls the strap through the underside of the pallet and up again on the rear side and over the pallet right into the hand of the operator. Then the chain lance retracts. The strap lifter hands the other end of the strap to the operator at working height and the strap is tensioned and welded securely by the onboard sealing head.... While minor aesthetic issues, like surface flowmarks, are typically non-issues, significant imperfections require further consultation and checks to maintain high standards of quality. Our journey through the manufacturing steps is nearing completion, and the fenders are almost ready to leave the premises.
