Ampelmann has completed a project on the MPSV HOS Iron Horse with HORNBECK OFFSHORE® in the US Gulf of Mexico for a maintenance scope of an oil major. In early May the vessel was fitted with our E-type system together with a 7.5m pedestal capable of increasing the reach of the gangway up to 27m in height. This is the third project with Hornbeck in the region. We have successfully completed over 25,000 personnel transfers the last two years together. “We have just completed another successful project with Hornbeck Offshore Services in the Gulf of Mexico.
