Can esports as an extra-curricular activity be very beneficial to school students? Proponents suggest that it's at par with ground sports when it comes to team co-ordination, strategic and quick footed thinking, communication skills, building a common vision, and visual-spatial learning improvement. In India, esports as extra-curricular activity in schools is not mainstream yet, even though Dalimss Sunbeam Group of Schools, in Varanasi (surprising) have already made esports as part of their extra-curricular activities undertaken at the school, since 2022. #esports #videogaming
