Congratulations to our Stämmer of the Week, Iñaki Laborde! The daily work to maintain the quality of operations often goes unnoticed in a company, especially when it comes to maintaining order. It's one of those things where people only notice it when something goes wrong. Iñaki and the Quality Operations team work tirelessly during the year to ensure that all of Stämm can work in a safe environment. From having an environmental management system in place to dealing with contractors and establishing protocols for handling pathogenic waste, the team is always willing to go the extra mile. Their work involves meeting standards for safety and hygiene, but also for quality, documentation, equipment and environmental care. This multifaceted team is flexible, attentive and full of jacks of all trades. Their willingness to go above and beyond is based on one key quality: versatility. Whatever the time, when asked the question arises: "who you're gonna call", the answer is (almost) always: Quality Operations.
