Relationship management, market research, merchandising, training, problem solving, sell-through, sell-out, stock control, Data collection, territory development and staff management. Responsibilities - Assist with the Development of the Monthly & Weekly Store Management Plan including, but not limited to; Employee Operational Compliance Management (Check-In, Check-Out, Task Assignment), Customer Flow Efficiency, ISRP Management, Inventory Management & Product Display / Planogram Management Offers innovative solutions that meet clients’ needs while remaining cost effective - Strengthen the Sales & Revenue Performance of the Store including, but not limited; Daily Target Management, Consumer Conversion Management, Attachment Sales & Value-Added Services Management, Online & B2B Sales Management, Consumer Recommendation Management & Repeat / Return Purchase Management. - Assist with the Management of (sales associate / promoter / field master) and, relative brand representatives allocated to the store including, but not limited to; personal sales & action plans, daily task setting, General Daily Standard Operational Management. - Assist with the Management of Inventory Management, DOS (Days of Stock) and, Order Tracking Management is managed daily, including the development of min-max levels relative to sales performance, ensuring ample stock is available for store sales, escalation management & stock transfer management. - Ensure the smooth management & prioritization of the consumer experience through each step of the customer journey, including but not limited to; Consumer Satisfaction (NSS) management, Community Development & Community Engagement, Consumer Education Management, Consumer Feedback Collection & Regular Consumer Engagement Activity Management. - Ensure all deadlines are met. - Report to management by 8am daily on the agenda for the day. - Meet Management once a week for updates on issues and concerns - Excellent writing and editing skills - Strong research and analytical skills - Stay up to date for industry trends and incorporate relevant information. - Measure and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement. - Motivating, training and assisting all staff working within the designated distribution outlet. - Management of Sales, Training, POSM Placement & Customer service in allocated store. - Manage collection and capturing of data on internal company system. - Manage all staff including but not limited to Sales performance, Attendance & Compliance
