Agree or Agree to disagree? Straight Talk Time… I enjoy long walks, long chats with old friends and long vacations…what I don’t enjoy is long training sessions 😫 I don’t know about you, but in the age of YouTube and TikTok learning, I have zero appetite for 3-5+ hour training courses to learn how to use my software. 💡I want to know… 1. Why I should use it 2. How I should use it 3. How it will help me do my job 4. How it can help me reach my business goals 5. What’s new that impacts me …and I want to learn it quickly What I don’t want is to go through the same hours of training that everyone else is going through no matter what role we are in, hoping to pull out the nuggets that apply to me. Gone are the days of the old way of sending overwhelmed customers to yet another academy filled with outdated content that is difficult to navigate and truthfully rarely visited. News Flash! Enterprise organizations use anywhere from 50 to 300 Applications. So users are expected to visit 50-300 different SaaS academies?? 🤦🏼♀️ Not happening. The best part of my day is working with SaaS companies to enable their customers the same way Microsoft empowered me and my users in my previous role at PepsiCo. I’m forever grateful to Microsoft for recommending we use the BrainStorm Inc. adoption platform for our M365 enablement and adoption to ensure we got real business value. We onboarded people fast, targeted users based on what they needed to know, when they needed to know it and watched our adoption numbers skyrocket! It was/is win for Microsoft, my company and made my team look like heroes! 🙌🏼🏆 #saas #customersuccess #clientsuccess #enablement #adoption #ROI #valuerealization #straighttalk #voiceofthecustomer

So insightful. Your insight at PepsiCo is so valuable in understanding how end users react to adoption/training content.
