Here are some tips for a salesperson based on my experience in the sales world: 1. Be enthusiastic and positive in dealing with customers. 2. Listen carefully to the customer's needs and respond effectively. 3. Maintain credibility and be honest in dealing with customers. 4. Acquire a wide knowledge of the products or services you are selling. 5. Build strong relationships with customers and communicate with them regularly. 6. Be prepared to learn and constantly improve your skills. 7. Be patient and professional in facing challenges. 8. Continue your personal development and look for new opportunities for professional growth.

How do you build long-lasting relationships with customers? ✏️ You get to know your customer not just as someone that must buy from you but know him as a person. You need to call the client on his birthday on a special occasion and show you are really intrested not just in the deal but the relationship. you can find a sale consultant around every conrner but a sales Professional is not that easy to come by. Be a sales Professional.

I always tell people that the secret of a sales representative is very simple to know and apply. ✅.Be a good listener. As a good sales representative it is important you listen to your customers and understand their needs. ✅Be persuasive. A sales representative must be able to convince there Customers that their products/service is the best solution they need ✅Be resilient. sometimes a sales representative might face some rejection ,and need to be able to bounce back and keep going. ✅Be Empathetic. As a sales rep,you should be able to put yourself in your customers shoes.and understand their pain. ✅Be passionate. A sales rep needs to be passionate about their company products /service and be enthusiastic about what they are selling. paying attention to all this little details makes closing sales easier . Being a successful sales representative you need to take a combination of hard skills like sales techniques, projects knowledge and soft skills.. SALES TIP: ONE OF MY SUCCESSFUL actions over my 39-year career in Sales was to "Mock it up done." In other words, before entering the prospect's space or communicating with one, I would visualize or "see" the closing of the sale and all the players in it as having completed it successfully. After all, we really do create what we perceive; we can (and do) know before we go.

10 SIMPLE STEPS TO SUCCEED IN SALES 1. Remember your customer is a person, so treat them like a person and not a commission. 2. Ask questions and listen. Than ask more questions until you understand what the customer is saying. 3. Always do the right thing for the customer and not what's right for you. 4. Help and not hinder your customer. If you can't help, walk away. 5. Always be honest. If you can't do something, don't say you can. Be open & upfront at all times. 6. Keep it simple. Don't complicate things. 7. Follow the sales process everytime. 8. Don't take short cuts. For every short cut you take, the road to the sale takes longer. 9. Never apply high pressure. If you have to pressure your customer, you got lazy. (See step #8) 10. Never hide from your customer if something goes wrong. Always be there for them and work with your customer when something happens, (things happen) and solve the problem together. Master these 10 steps and you will have laid a solid foundation to build upon and have a successful career. Remember, Sales is the hardest "easiest" job you can have. It's also the greatest job a person can have. Bonus Step: Have fun. If you ain't having fun in sales, you ain't doing it right. Just relax and follow these 10 steps.

Lesson I learnt early on: Not 👏Doing👏What👏Everyone👏Else👏Is👏Doing👏 Your job as a sales rep is to keep the prospect neutral and not allow them to put up their defence. If you sound like everyone else on the phone, they will group you with everyone else. ANOTHER SALES GUY TRYING TO SELL ME SOMETHING. Listen to your peers. And unless everyone is killing their metrics with their approach and tone…Do anything but that.

Success as a sales specialist is achieved through a comprehensive understanding of the pivotal stages in the sales cycle. Neglecting any of below cicles or failing to accord them due diligence can lead to adverse outcomes solely for oneself. The realm of sales is as alluring as it is arduous, unrelenting, and demanding of meticulous precision. The fruits of labor are reaped by diligently traversing each phase, exercising patience, and making discerning choices at opportune junctures.👌👌 P.S: I believe sales personnels can be susseccful if and only if they do follow ups on a daily basis and regularly✌️🤟🏻🍾🍾🎉🎉

If you work in sales and find yourself looking at the clock all day, counting down until 5 pm, then you are in the wrong sales role. Your sales career should never feel like a job. Salespeople are paid to produce results, not to clock in and clock out. So if you find yourself sitting at your desk, counting down until 5 pm, you are either burnt out or selling a product/service that doesn't align with your mission. Find work that fulfills you. That is a one-way ticket to a higher quality of life.
