Learning from industry leaders is one of my favorite part about the industry I am in. The connections are endless and unlimited. Be curious, ask questions you think are difficult and never be afraid to realize you are wrong and make that pivot.

Had a fantastic time at this morning’s Roads Australia breakfast as part of the Emerging Leaders Program. We were fortunate to hear from Alison Close, who shared valuable insights from her career, and it was a great opportunity to reconnect and meet new colleagues. Here are my two key takeaways: 1. Prioritize self-investment and continuous learning. 2. Don’t overthink your career path—effective communication, confidence, hard work, and being reliable are the keys to success.

Having graduated from the Harvard Business School Executive Education’s AMP program long after getting my MBA, I can't overstate the impact these two programs had on my professional growth. They program provided the tools and insights I needed to navigate my career path. If you're seeking to develop a competitive advantage as a senior executive and propel your career forward, then the AMP program is definitely worth considering.
“Learning is a lifelong journey. I believe that one must approach life with the mindset of a student and a teacher. The Advanced Management Program (AMP) has been a true testament of that. When I decided to attend AMP I had no doubt I would be surrounded by the best leaders from around the world, faculty who would unlock insights that I had not yet considered, and incredible business minds who would share how they handled the toughest challenges. I had not expected how self-reflective and introspective this program would be. I completed the program surrounded by family and new lifelong friends and guides. My top 3 takeaways are: 1. There is no easy way of doing hard things. 2. The only way to predict the future is to create it. 3. To unlock potential one must unleash human magic. When you trust people around you, be it your team, friends, family you can build the extraordinary.” —Helen Vaid Senior Advisor at Mayfair Equity Partners Board Member, Stewart Title and Abercrombie & Fitch Advanced Management Program alumna Learn more: https://bit.ly/3YckKaO
