Ghost, Anduril’s small uncrewed aircraft system, has been added to the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU)’s Blue UAS Cleared List. This will enable us to deliver critical capabilities to our national security partners with greater speed and security. Ghost is Anduril’s autonomous sUAS, built to provide reconnaissance and targeting, electronic warfare, network extension, and effects close to the tactical edge. In close collaboration with government and industry partners, Anduril continues to enhance Ghost’s payload options, contested environment capabilities, and open extensible software. We are grateful to the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU), the AFWERX Proving Ground program, and Dark Wolf for their support in achieving this certification so we can continue advancing this technology with operators around the world. https://lnkd.in/eckSB4nG

Succinct Breakdown: The Blue UAS Cleared List provides warfighters with a wide variety of systems that can help them better accomplish their missions. Most users in the DoD don't have access to the resources needed to employ commercial drones, so DIU prototyped a process that helps make sUAS more accessible. Systems added to this list do not require a DoD exception to policy to procure or operate as they have undergone a cyber-security evaluation, an NDAA compliance check, and were issued the necessary administrative documentation. Federal government partners can also leverage this onboarding process for their programmatic needs without duplicating efforts. If you've worked with .gov program offices, you'll immediately see how this benefits all involved. Nice job Anduril!

The reason why years ago I began studying signals intelligence and countermeasures using RF signals on ARM architecture. This is going to be a huge money maker. Why use a patrol car when you can send this after someone? It can even fit through a window 🏴☠️ Infrastructure and hardware is cool again and so glad to be here for it.

Does Anduril pay these commentators? "wow what great strides" " Just another great product from Anduril" etc. We Baltic Ghost Wing Center of Excellence are doing a proving ground too, it's the gauntlet for Ukraine. We would happily welcome a test by Ghost or Ghost-X (whatever you call it now). Oh wait too close to home. Prove your stuff on the battlefield not on social media. #foolmeonce

Anduril Industries wow! This is exciting. Realising value within an organisation these days is moving away from assests and into IP. Businesses that have had huge success lately have demonstrated this. Uber, Deliveroo, Nvidia all asset light and IP heavy 👌. Not only do I love this new creation I love the fact that clearly highly valuable IP sits behind this particular initiative. Anduril is providing value in multiple ways here. Intelligent/smart business, very exciting stuff and thank you for the insights into this…. Happy Thursday from me to you :)

Similar to how AAV systems such as Fury are being integrated into fighter squadron doctrine and operations, is it possible that we'll see UAS systems such as Ghost or Ghost-X integrated with attack/recon helicopter systems?

Loved watching this platform during its flight testing stages. Truly amazing technology being developed here.

If you all could develop a consumer UAS with a quality camera it would sell like hot cakes.

Well done! Looks promising.
