Presenting compelling outcomes from our single-center retrospective analysis of STABILISE for primary and residual type B aortic dissection. Complete remodeling rates of 92.8% and 83.3% in the thoracic and visceral aorta, respectively. At 3 years, 83.1% freedom from vascular re-interventions. Volumetric analysis, incorporating the Perfusional Dissection Index (PDI), proves a significant predictor for mid-term re-interventions.
