We've all been there. Had a hypothesis on how to get to market and it changed. Thats ok! These are some of my favorite texts/calls to get. 2.5 months ago this partner had a lot of ideas on paper and some feelers in the market.... no revenue coming in .... offering their product for free to get traction. They've since added 2 paying clients and looking at 2 more in a market with traditionally LONG sales cycles. How? Following the data to identify and navigate the right healthcare vertical and buying groups ... making it easy to buy from them ... sticking to their pricing by offering something on top that is high value, low lift on their side. Real revenue and making a difference. 💸 Less stress about their runway. 🕺 No. Hiring. Necessary. 😎
