🚀 Our Pacis 3 partnership project with Hisdesat Servicios Estratégicos recently took another significant step forward as we approach antennas launch on board SpainSat NG satellite, scheduled for launch later this year. 🛰 Four Loop Heat Pipe Sub-Assemblies were delivered and integrated at Airbus Defence and Space premises in Toulouse, France. The reconfigurable, active antennas will provide secure communications for governmental users. 🤝 We're looking forward to seeing things take shape as we edge closer to launch, alongside our project partners ARQUIMEA, Airbus Defence and Space, and supported by CDTI Innovación - Centro para el Desarrollo Tecnológico y la Innovación (Spain's Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology - CDTI). "The result is much faster connection and much lower latency" Sorry, not true... free space latency is less of course, due to distance, network latency is another matter... with one user and CIR, your pumping, but at an astronomical bandwidth cost, so you use a shared resource (contention) and likely with no SLA or guarrantee... your web pages will arrive in seconds plus, if your very lucky, and high contention (needed for the operator to recover capex), 10 seconds plus..
