Our recent team day with Entain's HR and L&D team was an absolute blast! We dove deep into the theme of stepping out of our comfort zones, honing our team strengths, and cultivating bounce-back resilience - all while having a tonne of fun, of course! One of the highlights was our engaging activity focused on embracing failure as a stepping stone to success. Together, we built towers (quite literally!) of resilience, learning, and growth. But it wasn't just about building towers; it was about building a culture where failure is not feared but celebrated as a vital part of the learning process. Last week we had a kickoff at Falkenberg Strandbad 🎉 It was SO fun! I had a chance to get to know colleagues I don't see IRL often, like Janet Schouten-den Butter, who was my roommie (shout out to her in the Netherlands!). After the kickoff, our HR team sent out a survey using Winningtemp to get anonymous feedback from everyone who attended. Today, our CEO, Carl Axell and Head of HR, Sara Holmberg held a meeting to talk about what went well at the kickoff, what we can do better next time, and what everyone thought based on OUR feedback. This is what transparency looks like. It's about listening to what people have to say and making sure everyone has a good time at these events. Knowing that management will keep our feedback in mind for the next kickoff builds trust and shows that our voices are valued 💞 This is just one example of how using our own product helps create and maintain a transparent culture within our organization 💜 #Winningtemp
